Ground Squirrel

This Round-Tailed Ground Squirrel watched me with suspicion from a wash at Sun Ray Park in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, Arizona. Round-Tailed Ground Squirrels are fairly common in parts of Northwest Mexico and Southwest United States.
